Before you begin.
A test asks what you believe about yourself and returns a label. Personality Lab treats your self-report as one source of evidence, then tests it against scenarios, real-life check-ins, observer accounts and personal experiments. Conclusions carry confidence levels because they were investigated, not assumed.
About 90 minutes of structured work in the first week, then two to three minutes a day of real-life check-ins across 30 days. Your manual updates as evidence accumulates.
Nobody outside the platform. Observers answer about your behaviour without seeing your results. You can view what the platform believes about you, challenge findings, export everything or delete everything permanently.
You can challenge any finding. Challenges are recorded against the evidence trail and the finding is rescored. Low-confidence claims are labelled as such rather than presented as fact.
Yes. Twelve questions, about three minutes, and an initial hypothesis with no card required. It is honestly labelled as unverified — it is the beginning of an investigation, not a conclusion.
